I am an experienced and passionate dental professional with over 16 years of experience in clinical dentistry, mentorship, and education. I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by dental professionals and I am dedicated to guiding dentists and professionals at all career stages.

My background as a serving practice owner since 2016 and as an Educational Supervisor since 2020 has allowed me the opportunity to mentor numerous recent graduates and established practitioners.

I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Clinical Practice and a Diploma in Dental law and Ethics which has allowed me to give more back to those I mentor and supervise.

My current position as a mentor for Greater Manchester training hub has reinforced my philosophy of continuous learning, ethical practice, and helping mentees achieve their full potential.

Beyond clinical expertise, I can support mentees in professional growth, helping them navigate challenges such as transitioning from dental school to practice, helping navigate everyday challenges in general practice, and enhancing communication with patients. I offer feedback from an independent and neutral point of view without bias and prejudice and a commitment to helping to shape and guide your future.

I can offer one-on-one mentorship either face to face whether clinical or non-clinical and also using online platforms.
