I am a general dental practitioner with over 30 years experience.

I am commited to supporting colleagues and have been a member of Northants LDC for many years.

I have been a Dental Foundation Program Director and enjoyed the pastoral nature of this role.

I am very proud of the success and carreer progression that many of the dentists I have been associated with have made. In 2005 I was awarded tha accolade of UK VT trainer of the year.

I have an MSc in advanced general practice and feel I have kept abreast and embraced the changes in the proffession over my career.

I would like to see more dentists embrace the positive changes that coaching and mentoring can bring. Dentistry has been a fulfilling career for me and I am pleased that one of my children has followed me into the profession.

I am aware of some of the stresses that we face and would encourage colleagues to share their challenges and use the resources available to them to navigate these to a positive outcome.
