I am a dentist in Bolton, Greater Manchester, that has worked in General Practice for over 35 years. I have been a Practice owner for over 30 years and have been an Educational Supervisor for Foundation training for 17 years. I am an Appraiser for BDA GPS and have been a mentor since 2014 - working for Health Education England, North West since 2017.

I have taken a lot from being able to use my expereince and knowledge, to assist colleagues in difficulty and help them work through their problems. I use a range of facilitation, assessment and feedback strategies as appropriate to the professional practice of dental care. I hope to use my knowledge to help the mentee find the right direction and develop solutions to their issues. I regularly attend courses to keep my knowledge and skills up to date.
