Dr Karen Sutton (DA)

‘I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for me. You have been a mentor beyond measure, a rock  . I am very grateful for your time, your knowledge and continued support during a very challenging time of my life.’ Workplace supervisor Client recently had all practicing conditions removed.

One of the most challenging times a dental professional can experience is living through a GDC case.  A development advisor will support your professional growth to help you build the awareness and skills to help you move past this place.

When everything seems challenging and dark your development advisor can help you start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our regular meetings will be reflective, proactive and optimistic as we work together to address concerns and grow professionally and personally.

I will work to understand your learning style, personality type and core motivations to help you move past this time in the most positive way possible. I will never lecture you, tell you off or criticise. I will be a broad shoulder and a listening ear as we work together.

My work with dental professionals undergoing cases as GDC approved Workplace supervisor and mentor means I am comfortable with writing reports, liaising with legal teams and helping clients address concerns raised.
