I have worked in a variety of dental settings since I graduated in 1999, including NHS, private practice, community andoverseas. I enjoy all aspects of general practice, having developed my skills and confidence since graduating. I workas an associate in a busy NHS practice, where I have been able to balance dentistry alongside my passion foreducation and developing dentists. I was an FD trainer for 6 years and have been a DCT trainer since September2020.
I really enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of watching people develop themselves through coach mentoring. I have recently undergone sessions of career coaching; this has been a hugely positive experience for me, cementingmy belief that if you are opening to being coach mentored there is an enormous personal benefit and you have somuch to gain from engaging with coach mentoring.
