Are you an associate dentist looking for a mentor who really understands the stresses and strains of
associate life? Or are you a practice principle looking for different ways of thinking about your
practice. I am passionate about coach mentoring and developing dental professionals to be the best
they can be.

I have worked in a variety of dental settings since I graduated in 1999, including NHS, private
practice, community and overseas. I enjoy all aspects of general practice, having developed my skills
and confidence since graduating. I work as an associate in a busy Independent NHS practice, where I
have been able to balance dentistry alongside my passion for education and developing dentists. I
was an FD trainer for 6 years and a DCT educational supervisor for 3 years. I also work as a Dento
Legal advisor for an indemnity provider and have studied Dental Law & Ethics.

I really enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of watching people develop themselves through the
journey that is coach mentoring. I have recently undergone sessions of career coaching; this has
been a hugely positive experience for me, cementing my belief that if you are opening to being
coach mentored there is an enormous personal benefit, you have so much to gain from engaging
with coach mentoring.
